Keep your pool water clean this summer with the Intex 2,500 GPH Filter Cartridge Pump! Boasting a pump flow rate of 2,500 gallons per hour and a system flow rate of 1,900 gallons per hour, this pump will circulate and filter the water in your above ground pool to keep water clear and refreshing. Maintenance for this pump is a breeze: simple replace the old cartridge with a new one every 2 weeks. It uses Type B filter cartridges (Item #29005E). It's designed with double insulated pump, air release valve for air trapped inside filter chamber, sediment flush valve at bottom of filter chamber, and an auto timer for easier use. Works with 24-feet round frame pools. Additional fittings may be required and are sold separately.
Due to variations in ambient temperature, PVC parts may become stiffer or softer. To facilitate the connection of the hoses to the black protruding hose connectors on the pool wall, you may use soapy water solution (mix 6 drops of dish detergent in 1/2 a cup of water) to lubricate the hoses and the black protruding hose connectors.
